Welcome to Registration for the 2011 Endurance Corner Tucson Training Camps!

EC Tucson 2011 has been expanded to two sessions to accommodate demand. The first is from February 26 through March 5, and the second session is from March 6 through March 13. Each camp is limited to 25 athletes so register today!

From now through November 30, EC is accepting $500.00 deposits to reserve spots up to the 25 maximum per Tucson camp session. Tuition balances of $1850.00 (and any single room costs) will be due December 1, with a deadline of January 1, 2011.
From Dec 1 forward for any remaining available camp spots, tuition payment will be required in full as a one-time payment when registering.

New for 2011 - EC Camp Registration Deposits can be paid by
* Online Registration Credit Card Transaction (3.5% processing fees will be added to all payments made by credit card.)
* Online Form - Mail Check or Money Order

All registrants will need to complete a full registration form, authorize the Waiver and Release, and certify that the Bike Safety guidelines have been downloaded/printed/read.

To register online and pay the $500 deposit by credit card, scroll down to “Register online”, continue, authorize the waiver, open the form and for the question “Registration Options” select “DEPOSIT BY CC” and complete the form with all information and submit. .

To register and pay the $500 deposit by check or money order, scroll down to “Register online”, continue, authorize the waiver, open the form and for the question “Registration Options” select “DEPOSIT BY CHECK MONEY ORDER” – complete the form with all information and submit electronically. Then - mail a check or money order payable to “Virtual Roster Online Reg” to Gail Hughes, Endurance Corner Camp Admin, 4290 N Fanning Drive, Flagstaff, AZ 86004. Deposits being made by mailed check/money order will be guaranteed for 10 days after the e-transaction date - so please don't delay in mailing in the payment to secure the camp spot.

A Balance Due registration form will be opened up from this same page on December 1. Balances can be paid by credit card or by mailed check money order regardless of how the initial deposit was paid. Email reminder will be sent in late November to all with detailed instructions for Balance payment.

If for any reason a cancellation of a reserved spot needs to be made up through December 31, 2010, balances paid to-date will be refunded less $100.00 in administrative costs and any credit card processing fees.
