- assistance in determining the registration form questions needed by the client, and the creation of the e-form
- regular downloads and file transfer of completed online registrations to either internal master file or designated client master
- financial accounting for registration transactions and bi-monthly reimbursement
- Coupons capability for special price or item offers to specific registrants
- "Search Registrations" feature for registrants to immediately confirm successful registrations
- Immediate customized e-confirmation sent to all successful transactions with a secure link to the transaction e-receipt
- "Search Rosters" feature to allow event to post a composite file for all sources of registrants to see key information
- "Search Results" feature to allow event to present completely searchable/data-based results
- "Search Rosters" incorporates the capability for registrant pre-printing customized event confirmation and waiver
In addition, VR offers similar and tandem services for hardcopy event registrations:
- the creation of any hardcopy .pdf registration forms needed
- data input of hardcopy registrations into internal master file
- all other Accounting, Rostering, Results posting, etc. features.
Event Registration Services can also include
- VR staff on-site for Expo and Late Registration fulfillment
- Supervision of Race packet prep, Race packet pick-up, etc.
